<p><strong>Party on at Nasa; New Astronaut Program Changes Are Coming</strong></p>
<p>
 While smoking and drinking in many places and under most circumstances have been severely limited by local and state regulations, NASA has surprised the world by permitting cigarette and alcoholic beverages during space missions on board its space craft. “It all started when we did internal surveys among the astronauts” said Evan Byer, senior anthropologist at NASA. “Fully 90% of them either smoked or didn’t mind it when their fellow astronauts smoked or drank, even, I might add, during a mission.”   
</p>
<p><strong>NASA has the Solution</strong></p>
<p>
 NASA now plans to install ashtrays in all space craft in time for their next mission. It came as quite a surprise to most people that astronauts have been smoking and drinking during many space shots. This goes back even to the program’s earliest days when Alan Shepard, our first astronaut, was retrieved from his space capsule and beer bottles and cigarette butts tumbled out when the capsule’s airlock doors were opened on that historic first mission
</p>
<p>
 These changes have been driven largely by the difficulty in finding qualified non-smoking astronauts. One of the qualifications during astronaut training includes the ability to run through a smoke filled metal tunnel during a fire emergency. Invariably, non smoking astronaut wannabes fail miserably in this part of their training. We believe it’s time to permit smoking facilities on all space craft. The scientific community is divided on this issue, however. Scientists from the tobacco industry have applauded this decision while many others from such organizations as Green Peace and the Sierra Club are horrified. 
</p>
<p><b>The Scientific Community Reacts</b></p>
<p>Dr. WildoMagestfield, a noted pet vegetarian food flavor chemist, was quoted as saying, “This is off the chart insane! What happens if one of the astronauts flicks a butt out of the space craft in outer space during earth orbit and it enters the earth’s atmosphere and lands right in the middle of a redwood forest? 2,000 years of primeval trees up in smoke!”</p>
<p>Others in the scientific community, particularly those at NASA, have a different take. Virginia Hamm, Ph.D., a well known psychologist, has stated that the stress and strains of long missions in space could be alleviated, to an extent, by permitting smoking and drinking during a mission. “Why take the chance of losing a  billion dollar space shuttle because an astronaut has nicotine withdrawal or delirium tremens while in space? And even if a forest does burn down, so what? There are plenty of forests left over! The earth is a rally big place with lots of forests, not a small blue marble as it appears when on TV during a space mission.”</p>
<p><b>A Spacesuit, a Spacecraft and Lots of Loose Change</b></p>
<p>NASA’s plans are to install specially outfitted vending machines that dispense cigarettes and beer inside the space capsule located next to the Autopilot Safety Control System (APSCS). Of course, the astronauts will have to pay for it with quarters. The US Federal Government is not in the business of giving away free beer and cigarettes to anyone. The next space shot is scheduled in the late spring and will be equipped with enough brew and smokes to make anyone happy.</p>
<p>
 It is expected that each astronaut, in addition to their scientific paraphernalia, will also be carrying over 40 lbs. of quarters in each pocket of their jump suits. However, there is a small, yet growing number of astronauts that feel NASA has not gone far enough. Several in the program have voiced concerns that there are some in the program that neither drink nor smoke (cigarettes), but do on occasion enjoy a joint or two. This begs the question, What about them? We expect that NASA will eventually cave in to this, as well because while marijuana is illegal virtually everywhere in the US, outer space is outside the borders of the U.S. Until then, it’s just wait and see.

 • Eat more vegetables. Eaten raw or briefly cooked.

 It is very important. Calorie drinks consumed very easily and without conscious you&#8217;ve entered a lot of sugar in your body. Many people felt it was on a strict diet but forget the beverages they drink every day.

<p><strong>5. Practicing In Metabolic, not by Aerobic!</strong></p>

 Remember our initial goal is to get rid of fat. Therefore you have to do is training that increase your metabolism and this can be achieved by doing higher intensity exercises like circuit training, sprinting (run faster), Interval Training (HIIT).
</p>
<p>
 Jogged on a treadmill for an hour is not too useful to burn more fat. Because once you are done, then your metabolism is actually not too high. But if you do exercises such Metabolic Circuit Training or HIIT. Your metabolism will increase and durable so that burn more fat, even when you&#8217;re done practicing and go home. This is called ABE (After Burning Effect).
</p>
<p>
 If you practice 5-6 times a week, my suggestion to do light exercise for 2 days diselanya as time for recovery.

In all of my years as a professional Nutrition Specialist, I’ve noticed that most people are shocked to hear some of my picks for the top fat burning foods that are best for weight loss and good health.</p>
<p>

I won’t bore you with all of the typical “healthy foods” that you hear about all of the time such as fruits and veggies… everybody knows those.  Instead, I’m going to show you some shockers that most people don’t realize are super healthy foods for fat loss.</p>
<p>
1. Egg Yolks – yes, that’s right… full fatty egg yolks with all of their fat and cholesterol.  By the way, you’ve been mislead about the cholesterol in egg yolks — it actually raises your GOOD cholesterol and helps balance proper ratios, so don’t be afraid of the fat and cholesterol in these little nutrition power packed gems.  And if you choose cage-free eggs from free roaming hens, the omega-3 content is higher with a more balanced fat profile.</p>
<p>
Egg yolks are also one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet in terms of vitamins, minerals, and trace nutrients.  Trying to list all of the vital nutrients in egg yolks would take up an entire page so I won’t even try that here.  Just realize that egg yolks should NOT be avoided in favor of egg whites.  Even the protein is more bioavailable when you include the yolks!</p>
<p>
So don’t be afraid to eat those delicious and healthy eggs and start burning belly fat faster.</p>
<p>
2.  Avocados – This is yet another “fatty food” that is also one of the best fat burning foods! Not only that, but avocados make just about everything creamier and more delicious.  They are also power-packed with healthy fats, fiber, and antioxidants, as well as vitamins and minerals.  The healthy fat in avocados also helps control appetite and fat burning hormones in your body.</p>
<p>
Try adding avocado slices or guacamole to everything from morning eggs, salads, sandwiches, and burgers, and starting burning body fat faster! I would definitely consider avocados one of the best healthy super foods.</p>
<p>
3.  Grass-fed beef – While most beef you see at the grocery store is grain fed beef from cattle that are in poor health and has lower nutrition values and omega-6 to omega-3 fat ratios that are far out of whack, there is a better option… and that is Grass-Fed Beef!</p>
<p>
Grass-fed beef is known to have much higher levels of healthy omega-3 fatty acids and lower omega-6 fats (which most people get too much of anyway).  Grass-fed beef also contains higher levels of many vitamins and minerals, as well as containing high levels of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which is a healthy fat that is known to help muscle building and fat burning.</p>
<p>
So don’t be afraid to live it up a little and eat more beef, as long as you choose healthy grass-fed beef instead of grain fed beef. Enjoy and start burning more body fat with these so called “fatty” foods!</p>

 A varsity cross-country runner might be able to run incessantly for one to two hours, but find himself totally breathless after 15 minutes of full-court basketball play. This is an instance of the training precept of specificity. The runner’s</p>

 physiology is exquisitely tuned for long, moderate-intensity exercises but is totally out of sync with the recurrent full-scale exertions called for in basketball. The distance runner’s leg muscles are adjusted for energy efficiency and have greater than normal sums of glycogen (muscle sugar stored for fuel). In counterpoint, the basketball player’s muscles are chemically conformed to his needs wherein he can bear recurrent short bouts of maximum effort with a low intervening time to catch for breath. Most sports call for at least some short, high output bursts. Hence, practically every athlete must include specialty training in their total program of physical training.</p>
<p>
 The best kind of specialty training is recurrent all-out dashes holding out 10 to 30 seconds each, having a 3 to 5 minute rest between every work interval. Specialty training isn’t designed to burn out the athlete, but instead, to train his muscles to hold out repeated high intensity work well, without fatigue. Since the work periods are quick and the rest interval comparatively long, the heart rate might never reach maximum levels. You must try to keep body speeds of 90 to 100% of your maximum.</p>
<p>
 Specialty training is hard and demands a high level of motivation. Therefore, the above methods are suggested merely for the two month pre-season training time period.  The fundamental exercise modes for specialty training are running and swimming (if your major sport is swimming). <p>You should be more specific in your question- good in gets good out.  Are you asking about starting a business?  If so, do research- go to the library or book store.  Google the terms above and see what others are doing- that will tend to tell you about the market for such things.  You real key, no matter what you decide to do is TO DIFFERENTIATE YOUR SERVICE.  Your passion is not enough.  Also, you MUST read, The E-Myth- Michael Gerber before you attempt to do anything.  Running a business &#8220;in your niche&#8221; is very different than just doing the work you love. You will automatically become an accountant, a lawyer, a manager, a secretary and oh year- a trainer.</p>
<p>One idea is to market to corporations- make a list of all that have fitness facilities- make a presentation and offer free training to executives for 2 weeks- get their buy in and expand to the entire corporation!  You&#8217;ll need insurance and certification to do so.  you&#8217;ll also need quality marketing materials and a clear outline of the services you offer.</p>

<p><i>Answer by Q</i><br/>Pilates does not count as cardio because it doesn&#8217;t get your heart rate up fast enough. And strength training and circuit training don&#8217;t count as cardio for the same reason. You SHOULD add cardio to lose weight. Get your heart rate up to 70-85% of your maximum heart rate (maximum heart rate equals 220 minus your age. So if you&#8217;re 20, then your max heart rate is 200, and 70% of that is 140. 85% of that is 170. So you&#8217;d keep your heart rate between 140-170, for effective cardio).</p>

<p>Balanced and nutritious eating is the secret of happy a healthy family. Here are tips for healthy eating pattern for your family</p>
<p>Keep total fat intake in between 30 to 35 percent of calories for children between 2 to 3 years of age and between 25 to 35 percent of calories for children and adolescents of 4 to 18 years of age, with most fats coming from sources of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids, such as fish, nuts and vegetable oils.</p>
<p> Choose a variety of foods to get enough carbohydrates, proteins and other nutrients.</p>
<p>Eat only enough calories to maintain a healthy weight for your height and build. Be physically active for at least 60 minutes per day.</p>
<p>Serve whole grain breads and cereals rather the refined grain products. Look for whole grain at first ingredients on the food label and make at least half your grain serving whole grain. Recommended grain intake ranges from 2 oz/day for a one year old to 7 oz/day for a 14 to 18 year old boy.</p>
<p>Serve a variety of fruits and vegetables daily, while limiting juice intake. Each meal should contain at least one fruit or vegetable. Children’s recommended fruit intake ranges from 1 cup/day, between ages 1 and 3, to 2 cups for a 14 to 18 years old boy. Recommended vegetable intake ranges from ½ cup a day at age 1 to 3 and 3 cups for 14 to 18 years old boy.  </p>
<p>Introduce the regularly serve fish as an entire. Avoid commercially fried fish.</p>
<p>Serve non-fat and low fat dairy foods. From ages 18, children need 2 cups of milk or its equivalent each day. Children between 9 to 18 years need 3 cups per day.</p>
<p>Don’t overfeed. Estimated calories needed by children range from 900/day for a 1 year old to 1,800 for a14 to 18 year old girl and 2,200 for 14 to 18 year old boy.</p>
